PRIVATE EVENTS UPSTAIRS

Our cozy upstairs space is available to rent for private events, including celebrations, meetings, and casual gatherings. We're happy to host your group for a memorable event featuring the best of Del Ray Pizzeria!

Space Capacity

  • Seated Events: We can comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests for a sit-down meal.

  • Casual Mix/Standing Events: If a reception-style event (standing/mingling) with limited seating and a buffet setup works for your group, we can host up to 40 guests.

  • For groups larger than 40, please contact us to discuss the potential of renting the main downstairs dining area.

Minimum Spend Requirements

Our upstairs rental is based on a minimum spend on food and beverages, calculated before tax and gratuity. All menu items are at their regular DRP price and count toward the minimum.

Events Ending by 5:00 PM Any Day $500 for 2 hrs + $200 per hour thereafter

Events Beginning After 5:00 PM Sunday - Thursday $750 for 2-3 hrs + $200 per hour thereafter

Events Beginning After 5:00 PM Friday - Saturday $1,000 for 2-3 hrs + $250 per hour thereafter

How to Meet the Minimum

We offer flexibility in how the minimum spend is met. Please let us know your preference when booking:

  • Single Tab: All food and beverage charges are placed on one simple bill.

  • Split Tabs: The host can pay for the food/appetizers, and guests can open individual tabs for their drinks.
