PRIVATE EVENTS UPSTAIRS
Our cozy upstairs space is available to rent for private events, including celebrations, meetings, and casual gatherings. We're happy to host your group for a memorable event featuring the best of Del Ray Pizzeria!
Space Capacity
Seated Events: We can comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests for a sit-down meal.
Casual Mix/Standing Events: If a reception-style event (standing/mingling) with limited seating and a buffet setup works for your group, we can host up to 40 guests.
For groups larger than 40, please contact us to discuss the potential of renting the main downstairs dining area.
Minimum Spend Requirements
Our upstairs rental is based on a minimum spend on food and beverages, calculated before tax and gratuity. All menu items are at their regular DRP price and count toward the minimum.
Events Ending by 5:00 PM Any Day $500 for 2 hrs + $200 per hour thereafter
Events Beginning After 5:00 PM Sunday - Thursday $750 for 2-3 hrs + $200 per hour thereafter
Events Beginning After 5:00 PM Friday - Saturday $1,000 for 2-3 hrs + $250 per hour thereafter
How to Meet the Minimum
We offer flexibility in how the minimum spend is met. Please let us know your preference when booking:
Single Tab: All food and beverage charges are placed on one simple bill.
Split Tabs: The host can pay for the food/appetizers, and guests can open individual tabs for their drinks.
